Resolution # 1: Lose Weight


I need to lose weight. Since I started working for my company now, I've been living an 'unhealthy' life (in all aspects, I think). I don't get to monitor what I've been eating. I've stopped going to the gym (without cancelling my account... a big ouch on my wallet!). I've run out of stock of my supplements. I've been living a very stressful life. Once again, I've gained almost all of that extra pounds I had already lost before.

So what I've been planning are the following: First, I'm contemplating on adopting a certain weight management program (I'm actually thinking of Herbalife). Second, I need to find time to go to the gym and follow again an exercise program (both cardio and resistance training). Third, I need to find a new supplier of dietary supplements (multivitamins, vitamin C, vitamin E, calcium, fish oil, whey protein, Hydroxycut (?), etc.).

My target: Shed around 20-25 lbs. in six months!

Possible? POSSIBLE!
