(1) No blogging during office hours. That includes posting and blog reading.
(2) Net browsing that is not related to work and indulging in discussion boards and chats are also not allowed.
I've been having difficulties focusing on my work lately. Though the demands coming from our clients are high and the expectations from my bosses are great, there is something not right with the way I'm handling things now: I don't deal with them at all. Instead of working, I've been abusing my unlimited Internet access at the office by doing non-work related stuffs like blogging, "foruming", and chatting. What the nerve, huh?!
As early as now, I have to change certain bad work habits. I have to strictly follow itineraries set, and at the same time manage my time more effectively. Staying at the office 3 days straight with so-called 'accomplishments' not really worth being proud of is unhealthy and not fun at all.
So starting Monday, I'll be on an EXTREME work mode, and will just do other stuffs when I get home after. I'm still on a probationary status (just a reminder) and also, I don't wanna feel like a failure... AGAIN. I know my bosses are watchin' my back, and the thought of it just scares me.
So, work first before pleasure for now. I know this sacrifice will all be worth it.
