  13. kuya gas, you can NEVER go wrong with steaks.

how about a beer-marinated steak? the marinade should include the beer (cerveza negra kung meron!) - 500g of beef should be good with 1/4 can of the beer, plus brown sugar (kaw na bahala tumancha - 2 tablespoons should do), salt and pepper to taste, and 2 tablespoons of either soy sauce, terriyaki sauce or worcestershire (tama spelling?) sauce. you choose between the 3 sauces kung ano mas gusto mo.

make sure you do not put the beef sa freezer before you marinate! para tender ang hibla ng beef. soak the beef on the marinade for at least an hour.

then pre-heat your griddle on high for a minute or until the smoke comes out then put it na on medium heat. add olive oil on your griddle just enough to coat it.

then idagdag mo na yung steaks sa griddle. pag nalagay mo na, wag mo nang galawin! perfect pag naririnig mo yung sizzling sound which means mainit nga talaga yung griddle mo. i-turn mo na to the other side yung steak after 5-6 minutes. after you're done on both sides, have it rest for 2-3 minutes then start eating!

don't clean your griddle right away! ilagay mo dun yung marinade and kapag nag-thicken na yung sauce (the brown sugar will do it), meron ka nang sauce/gravy for your steak.

you can buy either mashed potatoes or couscous as side dish but i prefer couscous para maiba. on a boiling pot of 1 cup water, add 1 cup of couscous and 2 tablespoons of butter and salt, cover the pot and turn of the heat. after 2-3 minutes, haluin mo si couscous and you're done. :)

pair that with some great chilean merlot red wine!

    for dessert? chocolate truffles!

:) if you'll use this, i hope magustuhan niya!

  16. Pinay ba to?

Kahit anong kalabasan nun, sigurado magugustuhan nya. Sana nakatulong. at goodluck..

  17. wow that was kewl..lols. napa english bigla.
