ZZZZZ


I don't know what's wrong with me. I've been waking up really late these past days... uhm weeks. This morning I woke up at 9 o'clock, and I need to be in the office at 9 o'clock! WALAU EH! This is not becoming a good habit. :(

Good thing my boss is in Sri Lanka now. Maybe I need a new alarm clock?

    i experience that everyday. tingin ko it has something to do with alarm.

  9. wish i can be like that. in my case, i tend to wake up early...like 4-5 in the morning.

  10. sabi sa isang talk na ni-attendan ko, not necessarily maka-8hrs of sleep ka. kahit na 4 or 6hrs lang as long as quality sleep sya, ready to go ka na for the day. sa age range naten dapat daw natutulog na tayo ng as early as 10 kasi during 10pm-12mn, high ang REM naten tapos dun naten nakukuha ang quality sleep (which is diko din masunod kahit anong pilit ko).

    trip ko lang mag-explain hahaha.

    nagigising ako ng 7:30, gusto mo pa-ringan kita? (parang hayskul lang hehe)
