Broken Chains

Motivation at work is down.

Everyone’s leaving. Editor-in-Chief has already left. Editorial Manager just tendered her resignation. Fashion Editor & Art Director seems to be not renewing their contracts anymore. Finance Manager, our second mummy who always calls me ‘Barney’, has also expressed her plans of abandoning us.

What will happen to the magazine now?!

About these and all other stuff which involves money, sales targets, and ‘things of the past’, I know I should NOT be worrying. BUT IT'S HARD! Most of the time I can’t help it, especially when it has already become part of my system. To worry that is.

Lord God, grant me more strength and peace of mind.

  5. just hurdles that we need to overcome.

these things are always attached when it comes to work.

it's sad, but like with everything else, life goes on.

just hold on, be strong and stay still. malalagpasan din ito.

  9. Ika nga ng isang nag-comment "may rason kung bakit nangyayari ang isang bagay". Just keep the faith bro. Tough times won't last but tough people do. It's just a test of your faith to HIM.

  12. follow your instinct. either you take the risk or you don't... para din yang negosyo, you need to understand and make decisions based from what you think can be advantageous sa iyo...

minsan, too much worrying is paralyzing.

  16. Back sa dati kong pinagworkan, super close din kaming magkakabatch. Pero nung dumating na ang araw na nag-aalisan na bawat isa, naging challenge sa group how to make the life sa office maging buhay pa rin and kung panu magkikita pa b kami ulit. Now only four left from the regular 18 sa amin and good thing is we still managed to see each other except lang sa mga nag-abroad.
